摘要: 本文对14Cr2Ni4MoV低合金高强度钢厚壁压力容器焊接接头的性能进行了研究。认为,在紧邻熔合线的焊接热影响区中有液化裂缝、高温低塑性裂缝存在,而且在一定的条件下可诱导出延迟裂缝。力学试验证明,该区是焊接接头中最薄弱区域,即低寿命区。Abstract: This paper was aimed at investigating the properties of welded joints of thick-walled pressure vessels fabricated with 14Cr2Ni4MoV low-alloy high strength steel. It's belived that there were liquation cracks and high temperature low-ductility cracks in the weld heat-affected zone adjacent to the fusion line.The said cracks,under certain condition,could induce delay cracks.Mechanical tests showed that this region was the weakest in the welded joint,it was the short life region.
