新型低毒低氢碱性焊条的研究

STUDY ON NEW TYPE OF LOW TOXICITY AND LOW HYDROGEN ELECTRODE

  • 摘要: 本文用正交设计的试验方法探讨了采用MgO-SiO2-TiO2-MgF2渣系制造低毒低氢碱性焊条的可能性。着重研究了各种氟化物、稀土合金及其化合物在该渣系中的作用及其对焊接工艺性能、发尘率和发尘量及可溶性氟的影响。研制了一种新型的低毒低氢碱性焊条。这种焊条具有良好的工艺性能。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the feasibility of manufacturing low toxicity and low hydrogen electrodes by means of test of perpendicular design, adopting a slag system of MgO-SiO2-TiO2-MgF2.Emphasis is placed on the functions of different fluorides, rare earth melals and other chemical compounds in this slag system.Their influences upon the welding properties,the amount of fumes generated and particularly the soluble fluorides,are investigated.A new type of low toxicity and low hydrogen T507 grade electrode with good welding and mechanical properties has been developed.
