高温高压阀门密封面堆焊用铁基铬镍硅钼型合金

FERROUS Cr-Ni-Si-Mo ALLOY USED FOR HARDFACING THE SEALING SURFACES OF HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH PRESSURE VALVES

  • 摘要: 提出了作为高温高压阀门密封面堆焊材料的铁基析出硬化型14Cr18Ni12Si4Mo4WVNb合金。该堆焊合金是在铬镍型不锈钢基础上,合理地采用多种元素进行强化,获得了良好的综合性能。其中时效强化性能、抗裂性及切削加工性优于钴基堆焊合金。用该合金堆焊的540℃、100kg/cm2压力电站阀门,经多年运行,状况良好。所拟制的"堆547-钼"焊条已在电站阀门制造中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: The precipitation hardening ferrous alloy (14Crl8Nil2Si4Mo4WVNb) for hard facing the sealing surfaces of high temperature and high pressure valves is described.This alloy is a kind of Cr-Ni type stainless steel strengthened properly with a selection of chemical elements.It has proved to have excellent properties, particularly in ageing strengthening, crack resistance and machinability.This alloy is in many respects superior to cobalt base alloy and has been used for surfacing valves for power stations working at 540℃,100kg/cm2.After many years in operation the surfaced layers have been found to be satisfactory,so this newly developed surfacing electrode 547Mo has widly been used to produce the valves for power stations.
