用半圆柱法确定铜-钢爆炸焊接窗口及合理药量

THE DETERMINATION OF THE WELDABILITY WINDOW AND THE REASONABLE CHARGE FOR EXPLOSIVE WELDING COPPER TO STEEL BY THE USE OF A SEMI-CYLINDER

  • 摘要: 本文利用半圆柱方法,比较简捷地给出了爆炸焊接参数的边界条件,通过试验确定了铜-钢爆炸焊接窗口的具体范围和合理药量。标出了不同焊接参数的界面结合强度、面积结合率,波形尺寸和熔化面积等主要指标,进而用能量的观点,建立了反映不同飞板厚度的真实、紧凑的焊接窗口。提出了建立焊接窗口的新方法。在此焊接窗口内同时表示了焊接初始参数和动力学参数的关系。通过爆炸焊接过程的闪光X射线摄影,测得了飞板弯折角。其数值与半圆柱试验测得的飞板弯折角基本上相一致。由X光照片图象测得的炸药爆轰侧向飞散角φ,估算了2#岩石硝铵炸药的绝热指数K,并把它引进计算飞板速度的公式内,修正了Gurney方程。同时还给出了由半圆柱试验,X射线摄影试验和修正的Gurney方程得到的飞板速度Vp曲线。试验结果和分析表明,半圆柱法可以作为预测合理焊接参数的工具。

     

    Abstract: This paper attempts to briefly discribe the boundary conditions of explosive welding parameters obtained with a semi-cylinder method. The range of the weldability window and the reasonable charge for explosive welding copper to steel have been determined through tests. The details of interface bond strength, bond area fraction, size of interracial waves and melting area for different welding perameters arc noted. Furthermore, we have established a compact weldability window from the energy point of view for various flyer plate thicknesses. We have proposed a new method for establishing such windows. The relation between the initial welding parameters and the dynamic parameters are given in the window. The bend angle of the flyer plate was determined by flash X-ray photography during explosive welding and the value coincides with that obtained in the semicylinder test. The adiabatic exponential K of 2# nitroaniline explosive was estimated from the lateral flying angle φ obtained from the X-ray photographs and was introduced into the formula for calculating flyer plate velocities to modify and improve the Gumey equation. The flyer plate velocities Vp given by the semicylinder test, the X-ray photography and the improved Gurney equation are shown graphically. Our tests and investigations reveal that the semi-cylinder method may be used as a tool for predicting optimum welding parameters.
