深海半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割的试验研究

摘要: 本文就大量拍摄的水下切割电弧移动高速摄影照片和电弧电压、电流示波图,分析了半自动熔化极水喷射水下切割电弧燃烧的特点,探讨了其切割机理,提出了连续稳定切割时存在高温"气腔"的假设。阐述了对切割电源性能的要求和研制切割设备中的关键问题;并通过连续稳定切割条件下的工艺试验,得出了各规范参数之间的关系。扼要介绍了GSS-800型半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割设备的性能,特点和主要技术参数。最后简述了半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割新技术在深海60m施工现场进行切割的情况。切割速度达到20m/h以上。Abstract: On the basis of high speed films of moving arc taken in quantity during underwater cutting and oscillograms of arc current and voltage, this paper analyses the characteristics of the burning of arcs in consumable electrode water jet semiautomatic underwater cutting, studies its mechanism and advances the hypothesis that there may exist a high-temperature "gas cavity" during continuous steady cutting. This paper also deals with the requirements to the power sources for cut ting and discusses the most important problems in developing cutting apparatus. The relationship among differen parameters has been obtaind through technological experiments carried out in continuous steady cutting condition. The performance, characteristics and principal technical datum of GSS-800 consumable electrode water jet semiautomatic underwater cutting apparatus are also outlined. The last part of the paper is a brief account of a successful cutting on site at a depth of 60 metres under water, employing the new consumable electrode water jet technique with a cutting speed up to 20m/h and more.
