放电等离子体烧结技术在材料连接领域的应用现状

  • 摘要: 焊接技术的创新发展对推动制造业的升级转型、实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标具有关键性作用. 放电等离子体烧结(spark plasma sintering, SPS)连接作为一种新型、高效和节能的连接方法,近年来在国内外获得了广泛关注,是未来重要的连接技术发展新方向. 对SPS连接的基本形式、原理和特点进行概述,归纳总结了近年来SPS连接在金属、陶瓷和金属/陶瓷异质连接方面取得的最新进展,分析了当前SPS连接研究领域的不足,指明了SPS在材料连接领域应用的发展方向,为中国关键领域核心部件的制造提供了新思路,为新型焊接技术和设备的发展提供了参考.

     

    Abstract: The innovation and development of joining technology play a key role in promoting the upgrading and transformation of the manufacturing industry and achieving the goal of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality”. As an innovative, efficient and energy-saving bonding method, spark plasma sintering (SPS) joining has attracted widespread attention at home and abroad in recent years, and is regarded as an important direction of joining technologies. This review introduced the basic forms, principles and characteristics of SPS joining, and summarized its latest progress in the field of metal, ceramic and metal/ceramic dissimilar joints. In addition, the shortcomings of current research as well as the potential development direction of SPS joining were pointed out. The related opinion provided a new idea for the manufacturing of the core components in the key fields and gave a reference for the development of new joining technology and equipment.
