金刚石及其复合材料增材技术研究进展

  • 摘要: 金刚石在硬度、热导率、热震性能以及强度等多个性能方面具有其它材料无可比拟的优势,自金刚石人工合成后,在工业中的应用越来越广,相应的制备和应用技术也得到了快速发展,增材制造技术的出现更是为金刚石的应用带来了新的机遇.文中对金刚石及其复合材料的增材制造技术进行了系统的阐述,介绍了金刚石及其复合材料的主流增材制造技术,概述了增材制造过程的质量影响因素,梳理了主要的金刚石及复合材料结构,归纳了不同结构、不同材料的主要应用领域. 结合国内外相关技术的发展现状,总结了金刚石及其复合材料增材制造技术面临的问题,提出了后续的发展建议,以期为金刚石及其复合材料的进一步研究和应用提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Diamond has unparalleled advantages over other materials in many aspects such as hardness, heat conductivity, thermal shock resistance and strength. Since the artificial synthesis of diamond, it has been widely used in industry, and the corresponding preparation and application technologies have also been developed rapidly. The emergence of additive manufacturing technology has brought new opportunities for applications of the diamond. In this paper, the additive manufacturing technology of diamond and its composite materials is systematically described, and the mainstream additive manufacturing technology of diamond and its composite materials is introduced. The quality influencing factors of the additive manufacturing process are outlined, the main diamond and composite structures are sorted out, and the main applications of different structures and materials are summarized. Combining the development status of related technologies at home and abroad, the problems faced by the additive manufacturing technology of diamond and its composite materials are summarized, and the subsequent development suggestions are put forward in order to provide references for further research and application of diamond and its composite materials.
