基于高通量测试方法的高功率激光焊接工艺特性分析

Analysis of process characteristics of high power laser welding based on high-throughput test method

  • 摘要: 为了更加高效、精准的获得工艺参数对高功率激光焊接工艺特性的影响规律,提出了激光焊接特性分析用高通量测试方法,并借助高速摄影和图像处理技术对测试过程中的光致羽辉和飞溅进行了统计分析. 结果表明,随着激光功率增加,焊接过程中飞溅数量与波动程度增加,对应焊后表面成形质量变差,内部裂纹增加;对于万瓦级激光焊接,相较于正离焦焊接,负离焦量焊接时的焊缝成形更为优异,焊接过程飞溅数量得到有效抑制,熔深波动程度也得到明显改善;实际焊接结果与激光焊接特性高通量测试结果高度一致,这说明基于高通量测试方法的激光焊接特性分析方法可以真实、快速的反映出工艺参数变化时对焊接特性的影响规律,是一种切实可行的激光焊接特性分析新方法.

     

    Abstract: To more efficiently and accurately obtain the influence law of process parameters on the process characteristics of high-power laser welding, a new high-throughput laser welding test method is proposed. With the help of high-speed photography and image processing technology, the photoinduced plume and spatter in the test process are statistically analyzed. The results show that the increase of laser power increases the number and fluctuation of spatter in the welding process. Correspondingly, the surface forming quality becomes worse, and the internal crack increases after welding. For 10000-watt class laser welding, compared with positive defocus welding, the weld formation in negative defocus welding is better, the amount of spatter in the welding process can be effectively restrained, and the sawtooth melting width and penetration fluctuation can be significantly improved. The actual welding results are highly consistent with the test results of "sawtooth plate," which shows that the new method of high-throughput laser welding characteristics test can truly and quickly obtain the influence law of continuous change of process parameters on the welding process. It is a practical new method to study the characteristics of laser welding.
