Abstract:
This paper comprehensively analyzes the existing research results related to welding of titanium/steel bimetallic composite plates. Based on the metallurgical characteristics of welding and joining between titanium and steel, the lap welding, the butt welding of titanium plates and the transition welding of bimetallic composite plates were summarized, and the metallurgical characteristics and mechanical properties of the weld metals were analyzed. The key development directions and related scientific issues on the welding of the titanium/steel bimetallic composite plates in the future were proposed. It is expected to provide a valuable reference for fundamental research and engineering applications in this field.
