一种带LCL滤波的双丝弧焊电源EMC设计

Design and analysis of EMC of twin wire arc welding power source with LCL filter

  • 摘要: 为了抑制逆变双丝弧焊电源与电网之间的谐波干扰,提高逆变电源的工作稳定性,提出一种软开关与LCL滤波器相结合的逆变弧焊电源主电路,提高系统的电磁兼容性. 通过采用软开关逆变拓扑结构,减小功率器件开关应力,抑制谐波幅值,提高逆变电源工作稳定性. 通过在电源输入侧设计三相LCL滤波器,降低电网谐波对逆变电源影响,同时减少功率器件开关对电网造成谐波干扰. 针对LCL滤波器存在的谐振问题,通过采用滤波电容串联电阻的方法,有效抑制了谐振的发生,保证系统的稳定运行. 对ZVZCS软开关和LCL滤波器进行了理论分析和软件仿真. 结果表明,通过LCL滤波器与软开关电源配合,逆变电源工作稳定性提高,对电网谐波干扰降低,此设计使系统电磁兼容性得到提高.

     

    Abstract: In order to suppress the harmonic interference between inverter twin wire arc welding power source and power grid and improve the working stability of inverter power source, a main circuit of inverter arc welding power source combined with soft switch and LCL filter is proposed to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the system. By using soft switching inverter topology, the switching stress of power devices is reduced, the harmonic amplitude is suppressed, and the stability of inverter power supply is improved. By designing a three-phase LCL filter at the input side of the power supply, the influence of grid harmonics on the inverter power supply is reduced, and the harmonic interference of power device switches on the grid is reduced. Aiming at the resonance problem of LCL filter, the method of filter capacitor series resistance is adopted to effectively suppress the resonance and ensure the stable operation of the system. The theoretical analysis and software simulation of ZVZCS soft switch and LCL filter are carried out. The results show that the working stability of inverter power supply is improved and the harmonic interference to power grid is reduced by combining LCL filter with soft switch power supply. The electromagnetic compatibility of the system is improved by this design.
