4043铝合金冷金属过渡薄壁构件电弧快速成形

4043 aluminum alloy thin-walled parts arc rapid prototyping with cold metal transfer

  • 摘要: 为研究4043铝合金在冷金属过渡下的电弧快速成形,搭建了电弧快速成形系统,获得了4043铝合金薄壁电弧快速成形构件. 结果表明,通过控制起弧和收弧的电流百分比,可以控制电弧成形的能量分布,解决了薄壁构件成形时起弧的驼峰和收弧的塌陷问题. 总结了4043铝合金冷金属过渡电弧快速成形中焊接速度与送丝速度对成形效果的影响. 最后根据合适的工艺参数,对成形良好的构件的微观组织进行了观察和力学性能进行了测试分析. 得出了通过调节参数和优化路径,可以较好的控制单道薄壁成形样件的尺寸精度,获得优异成形试样的结论.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the rapid prototyping of 4043 aluminum alloy using cold metal transfer, arc rapid prototyping systems were built,and 4043 aluminum alloy thin-walled parts were manufactured. The research shows that controlling the current percentage of striking arc and arc extinction may adjust the energy distribution of single arc forming. Meanwhile ,the problem of collapse for striking arc and hump for arc extinction during thin-wall component forming is solved.The effects of welding speed and wire feeding speed on the forming of the parts were summarized. The microstructure of the manufactured part was observed and the mechanical properties were tested according to the appropriate process parameters. The research shows that controlling the current percentage of striking arc and arc extinction may adjust the energy distribution of single arc forming.
