奥氏体异种钢薄壁小径管焊缝裂纹超声相控阵检测

Ultrasonic phased array inspection on welded crack of austenitic dissimilar ateel with thin wall and small diameter tube

  • 摘要: 将超声相控技术用于奥氏体异种钢薄壁小径管对焊接焊缝的裂纹检测,采用专用超声相控阵换能器和楔块,通过仿真模拟确定检测工艺参数,并制作对比试样进行试验研究.结果表明,该技术可以有效检测出焊缝熔合线处长5 mm,宽0.2 mm,深1 mm的内、外壁的人工缺陷,并且对于焊缝表面裂纹深度可以进行准确的定量分析.

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic phased array technology is applied to crack detection of austenitic dissimilar steel thin-walled small diameter pipe butt welds, using special ultrasonic phased array transducer and wedge, determining test parameters by simulation, and making comparative samples for experimental research. The results show that the technique can effectively detect the artificial defects of the inner and outer wall defects of 5 mm length and 0.2 mm width and 1 mm deep, and the weld surface cracks can be accurately quantitative analysis.
