基于热电偶动态补偿的热压焊温度控制方法

Temperature control method of hot bar bonder based on dynamic compensation for thermocouple

  • 摘要: 为解决热压焊常规控制中出现的温度过冲问题,提高温度控制稳定性,实现温度曲线平滑过渡,根据热电偶动态响应特性,提出了一种热压焊温度控制方法.在焊接过程中对热电偶时间常数进行在线辨识,并根据实际温度控制效果对辨识值进行调整;利用传感器动态补偿技术对反馈温度进行实时补偿,以补偿后的反馈温度对焊接温度实施闭环控制.搭建热压焊温度控制系统对该方法进行了验证,并与常规PID控制算法进行了比较.结果表明,该方法可实现热压焊头温度快速上升和平稳过渡,温度过冲现象得到有效抑制,温度控制效果较好.
    Abstract: A temperature control method for hot bar bonder was proposed to avoid temperature overshoot, improve stability of temperature control and achieve smooth temperature curves. Time constant of thermocouple was identified based on dynamic response characteristics of thermocouple and its identification value can be adjusted during the welding process. The output signal of thermocouple was compensated in real time using dynamic compensation technology for thermocouple, so that the actual temperature of the heater tip can be estimated and the compensation value was used in feedback control. Tests on the temperature control system showed that, compared with conventional PID algorithm, the temperature curve obtained with the proposed method was smooth with fast heating up speed and temperature overshoot was suppressed effectively with satisfied temperature control.
