基于激光位移传感器的大梁自动焊偏差识别

Identification of weld deviation in longeron automatic welding based on laser displacement sensor

  • 摘要: 针对大梁自动焊过程中焊缝坡口角度、工件偏转、坡口间隙、定位焊缝等因素,容易造成焊缝偏差识别结果不准确或难以识别的现状,提出了一种基于激光位移传感器的大梁自动焊偏差识别方法,建立了大梁焊缝坡口弧长模型,在特征谐波检测法基础上,利用各谐波分量之间线性空间关系,提出了大梁焊缝偏差解算方法,消除了坡口角度和工件偏转等非偏差因素对偏差检测的干扰.对某集装箱大梁纵缝进行焊缝偏差识别试验.结果表明,该方法对坡口间隙和定位焊缝具有良好的抗干扰能力,为大梁自动焊偏差识别提供一种新的理论和实践参考.

     

    Abstract: The groove angle, workpiece deflection, root gap and tack weld of the longeron, which easily cause the inaccurate or difficult identification of the weld deviation. In order to solve this problem, a deviation identificaion method in longeron automatic welding was proposed, based on laser displacement sensor. By establishing a arc length model, and making use of the linear relationship between the different harmonic components of arc length, a weld deviation solution method was presented, which could eliminate the effect of groove angle and workpiece deflection on weld deviation identification. A container longeron was taken for experimental research to identify weld deviation, it has been shown that the method proposed in this paper has good anti-interference capability to root gap and tack weld, which provides a new theoretical and practical reference for deviation identificaion in longeron automatic welding.
