镁合金圆筒舱体DE-GMAW焊接数值模拟

Numerical simulation of DE-GMAW welding of magnesium alloy cylinder

  • 摘要: 为了研究AZ31B镁合金焊接接头残余应力分布规律,采用MSC.mar软件对直径200 mm,厚度6 mm的镁合金圆筒舱体环焊缝进行双电极气体保护焊(DE-GMAW)焊接温度场、应力场及残余应力的数值模拟.结果表明,焊缝及热影响区残余应力较大,远离焊缝中心处的残余应力随着距离增加而逐渐减小,除焊缝内外表面外,大部分区域的纵向残余应力大于横向残余应力,这为研究控制镁合金焊接残余应力提供了重要的理论支撑.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the distribution rule of residual stress of AZ31B magnesium alloy weld, The MSC.Mar was used to make a numerical simulation analysis of temperature, residual stress and strain field of DE-GMAW welding a circumferential weld of a diameter 200 mm, 6 mm thick magnesium alloy cylincle. It was found that the residual stress on weld and heat affected zone is larger, and gradually decreases away from the weld center. The longitudinal residual stress is greater than the transverse residual stress in most areas, but not include the most outside and inside weld areas. These results provide theoretical knowledge for the control of welding residual stress of magnesium alloy.
