高硅粉煤灰活性剂对Q235钢液态金属表面张力及TIG焊缝的影响

Effect on liquid metal surface tension and TIG weld bead properties of Q235 steel by high silicon flyash

  • 摘要: 为了认识高硅粉煤灰对Q235钢液态金属表面张力的影响,以及表面张力变化后对TIG焊缝的形貌、组织和性能的影响规律. 测量了不同温度下有、无高硅粉煤灰的Q235钢液态金属铺展面积,建立了温度与铺展面积间的经验公式;基于同一焊接参数,研究了高硅粉煤灰作为添加的活性剂对焊缝形貌、焊缝组织及接头的硬度的影响. 结果表明,高硅粉煤灰能够显著地降低液态金属的表面张力,增加焊缝的深度,细化焊缝晶粒,提高接头的力学性能.

     

    Abstract: In order to illustrate the effect on liquid metal surface tension and TIG weld bead properties of Q235 steel by high silicon fly ash, some experiments were carried out. The liquid metal spreading area with and without high silicon fly ash was measured under different temperatures to establish empirical formula between temperatures and spreading area. Based on the same welding process parameters, the weld appearance, microstructure and microhardness of the joint were analyzed when the high silicon fly ash was utilized as activating flux when added into the weld. The liquid metal surface tension can be largely decreased by the activating flux of high silicon fly ash. At the same time, the deeper penetration, finer weld grain and higher mechanical properties of the joint can be obtained.
