基于持续激励红外热像技术的聚乙烯管热熔接头缺陷检测

  • 摘要: 针对热熔连接聚乙烯管道的接头结构特点和材料热特性,建立了聚乙烯管道热熔接头内部缺陷的红外检测模型,首次提出了基于持续激励双面透射检测的聚乙烯管红外热像检测方法. 采用有限元模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,对聚乙烯管热熔接头内部孔洞缺陷进行检测对比,验证了检测方法和研究手段的可行性和有效性,得到了孔洞缺陷的红外识别方法. 结果表明,试验和模拟获得的接头外表面温度随时间变化的趋势基本一致,缺陷热像图形基本相同,缺陷检测特征参数指标良好;从红外检测热像序列图中可以清晰地识别出缺陷位置和相对大小,持续激励红外热像透射检测法可作为一种对聚乙烯管进行无损检测评价和健康监测的新型方法.
