基于紫铜/黄铜钎焊的新型无银铜磷锡复合钎料

  • 摘要: BCu89PAg是钎焊紫铜/黄铜、紫铜/紫铜常用铜磷钎料,其银含量为4.8%~5.2%,成本相对较高.为克服不足,文中设计开发了一种新型药皮铜磷锡复合钎料,此种钎料无须再单独添加钎剂即能实现紫铜/黄铜间的焊接,减少焊接工序,节约生产成本. 失重腐蚀和电化学腐蚀结果均表明,BCu91PSn与BCu89PAg耐腐蚀性能相近;采用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对钎缝组织进行观察,发现新型BCu91PSn焊条焊后钎缝组织致密,焊料和基体中的元素相互扩散,形成了良好的过渡层.
