  • According to the actual condition,a 2D finite element model had been built for the car door hinge and reinforced plate.Based on the result of temperature distribution by the process analysis of projection welding,the heat distortions and the distribution of residual stresses were gained by the analysis of heat stresses in the free constrain condition.Then the distortion tendency of car door hinge was analyzed in the end and coincident conclusions were gained.
