Control System of Stud Welding Process for Car Bodies
Based on the analysis of the stud welding process for car bodies,the process control system of stud welding for car bodies whose core is 8031 singal-chip computer,has been developed.This system is connected with a wave-modulated power source,rational matching between welding prosess and welding parameters has been realized.With the keyboard screen system,it can input welding parameters and display welding messages.
