焊接冷裂敏感性的有效扩散氢及氢扩散因子
Research on effective diffusive hydrogen and hydrogen diffusive factor of welding cold cracking susceptibility

摘要: 研究了低合金高强钢焊接区冷至100℃时的残余扩散氢HR100,它对冷裂纹敏感性的影响,比熔敷金属中的初始含氢量HO更为重要。当无后热时,残余扩散氢HR100与有效扩散氢Hc相等,有后热时,有效扩散氢Hc为后热结束时的残余扩散氢HRP的含量。本文还提出了有效扩散氢HC及氢扩散因子DF的计算公式,并编制了计算机程序。此项研究对探明焊接冷裂纹机理及工程应用都具有最要的意义。Abstract: The residual diffusive hydrogen HR100 in the welded zone of HSLA (high strength low alloy) steels while cooled down to 100℃ has been investigated in this paper.Its effect on the cold cracking susceptibility is more important than that of the initial hydrogen content H0 in the deposited metal.The residual diffusive hydroden HR100 is equal to the effective diffusive hydrogen Hc without postheat,but when postheat is involved,Hc is equal to the residual diffusive hydrogen HRP at the end of postheating.The calculating fromulas of the effective diffusive hydrogen Hc and the hydrogen diffusive factor DF have been also put forward in this paper,and their computer programs have been compiled.Through the test of measurement,it was proved that the calculating formulas are belivable.The research has great significant for ascertaining the mechanism of welding cold cracking as well as for engineering application.
