金属蜂窝钎焊结构焊缝质量的超声C扫描定量评价工艺
Ultrasonic C-Scan evaluation on brazed joint of metal honeycomb

摘要: 针对金属蜂窝钎焊结构超声C扫描检测工艺不规范,难以有效定量评价焊缝质量的问题,开展了超声C扫描定量评价工艺研究.建立了蜂窝钎焊结构表征模型,指出有效声束尺寸是影响检测的主要工艺参数.进行了多组工艺试验.结果表明,声束直径在蜂窝尺寸的0.7倍以下能够获得满足定量评价要求的C扫描图像,频率和扫描间距对图像质量也有一定影响.编制了定量评价软件实现了金属蜂窝钎焊结构焊缝质量的超声C扫描自动定量评价.Abstract: The brazed joints of metal honeycomb are hard to control due to the difficulties in the inspection and quantitatively evaluation of the joining quality. The nondestructive evaluation on brazed joints of metal honeycombs was studied by means of ultrasonic C scan method. A model was established to describe the structure of the joints, and the effective beam diameter was recognized as the key parameter to the inspection. Experiments were performed and results showed that the beam diameter less than 0.7 honeycomb diameter will lead to C scan image required for quantitatively evaluation of the joining quality, and that the frequency and scanning index can affect the final image to some extent. Software was developed to process the images and evaluate the bonding rate through C scan images of the brazed joints of metal honeycomb.
