点焊和缝焊不同材料时熔核中形成旋流现象的试验研究

INVESTIGATION ON EDDY PHENOMENON FORMED IN WELDING NUGGET DURING SPOT AND SEAM WELDING OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 本文用扫描电镜和金相显微镜,分析了熔核旋流区的成分与组织。通过对拍摄的一套旋流发展过程金相照片的观察分析,阐述了旋流形成的三方面原因,即被焊两材料成分、组织、性能的差异,熔核形成过程的特点和存在于液态熔核内的电动力、介质阻力等容积力的作用。提出了用旋流发展规律认识熔核发展规律,以及旋流主要是从后熔化的金属向先熔化的金属里运动等见解。还通过试验,说明了各主要参数与旋流形成的关系;指出了有旋流的焊接接头性能比无旋流时有所降低。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the composition of the eddy zone is analyzed by means of scanning microscope and the corresponding structure by high magnification metallography.After analyzing a set of photos describing eddy phenomenon,the authors find that the formation of eddy is due to (1) the difference in composition,structure and property of the two welded materials;(2) the characteristic of nugget forming process and (3) the action of volume force such as the electrodynamic force and the medium resistance existing in the liquid nugget.It is pointed out that eddy is essentially a movement of the newly melted metal into the metal melted earlier,and that the rule of nugget growth is best to be observed by the rule of eddy forming.The relation between critical parameters and eddy forming is explained.The properties of joints with eddy are found to be a little lower than those without eddy.
